J. Thomas “Tom” Williams is an entrepreneur at heart, driving success in every venture he's been a part of. Tom is the proud owner of St. Pete Brewing Co and ELEASE, which includes the innovative "Keg Connect" department. Under his leadership, they've assisted over 1,000 breweries with keg leasing, sales, equipment funding, and working capital loans. Thomas graduated from the esteemed Peddie School and earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Boston University in 1994. His business acumen is further evidenced by his involvement with the Ernst & Young "Ernie" Project. Moreover, he founded two companies: Cold Fusion Sports (Fusion.com), an e-commerce platform which was later acquired by Action Sports in Minnesota in 2000, and LeaseExchange, honored by Red Herring as one of the "Top 10 Technology Companies To Watch" in 2000. In 2001, his first venture, Paragon Capital, acquired the ELEASE brand from Idealabs and licensed the software from LeaseExchange. ELEASE has since been acknowledged as a frontrunner in the industry. Above all, Thomas is deeply committed to supporting small businesses and promoting self-employment, a passion that led him to be inducted into the Leasing Hall of Fame by Lessors. On the personal front, Thomas is happily married to Michele, and they are blessed with two children, Madison and Tommy. The family is completed by their spirited dogs Bandit and Barley. Outside the professional realm, Thomas cherishes moments of fishing, water skiing, and boating.
Rob is the National Sales Director for eLease/ Keg Connect and the architect/Captain of our #1 ownership based keg program. His love of craft brews and the brewing community help inspire him to be the best “Cooperage Cowboy” possible and he takes pride in making sure you get the absolute best pricing & service in the industry. As a professional French Horn performer and Tiki cocktail enthusiast, Rob spends his free time on the beach with his beautiful family and crafting awe-inspiring cocktails for his YouTube channel “Quaran-tiki”.
Brandon Queen has always had an inquisitive love for people and the stories that drive them. He has a deep passion for helping entrepreneurs grow their business and achieve their goals. Brandon began his professional career working in the restaurant and bar industry where he discovered his appreciation for craft beer which led to his experimentation with home brewing. He met Tom Williams while working at St Pete Brewing Company where he learned the ins and outs of the brewing industry and developed a deep respect for the people behind it, eventually transitioning to working with Elease and Keg Connect giving him a deeper understanding of the trials and tribulations that go into running a small business. He thrives when faced with a challenge and embraces the ability to find solutions. Originally from the Daytona Beach area and now residing in St Petersburg, FL. Brandon enjoys kayaking, seashell hunting, and playing shuffleboard, where competes nationally and was selected to represent Team USA in the International Shuffleboard Association’s World Championship tournament in 2023. When he’s not playing shuffleboard, He enjoys a crisp, clean pilsner making new friends and petting dogs.
